  • Finding a training program that will challenge you to build a stronger body – not just muscles, but also stronger vascular- and immune systems, at the same balancing this with activities that allow your body to initiate repair and regenerate new cells.
  • Finding ways to either QUIET the mind or to INSPIRE and SPARK it!
